All delivery times are estimates. burnjaro is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including material shortages, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of nature. Rejected, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages In the event a package is rejected, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment method selected during checkout and deducted from any refund. For rejected products, a refund will not be initiated until the product is received and inspected by the burnjaro team. United Parcel Service (UPS) is our primary delivery service. We cannot guarantee replacement for packages lost or stolen when shipped via UPS. In the case of delays or any issues with your delivery, please contact us. burnjaro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. ***(Note: On rare occasions, international shipping to certain countries may take 4–6 weeks. In severe cases, 8–12 weeks. burnjaro is not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to geographic location.) Order Cancellation Due to high order volume, a customer’s order is sent directly to our fulfillment center for processing. If the customer contacts us within 24 hours of purchase, they may cancel their order. If the customer contacts us more than 24 hours after purchase, the order cannot be canceled. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. Customers must either refuse the package and immediately notify us of the refusal date, or return the package with a valid tracking number and notify us with that tracking number for verification. Once we receive the package back at our warehouse and inspect it, we can issue a refund. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you enter, as we are NOT responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the buyer. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address, and the only option is to wait and see if the package is returned. In such cases, we may offer a reshipment or refund. Item Delivery If a customer’s tracking number indicates delivery was made to the customer’s address, burnjaro does not offer refunds if it is claimed the item was not received. If an item is not received despite tracking confirmation of delivery, please contact the designated shipping carrier (USPS) for assistance. Returns To receive a full refund for your bottles, you must return all bottles—whether empty, full, or partially filled (including any “extra” or “free” bottles included as part of your order)—to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date.
