We are committed to your satisfaction with our products. After your purchase, you are entitled to a 60-day evaluation period to experience the benefits of BurnJaro. We are confident you will join the many customers who have enjoyed significant results.
Refund Eligibility
Before requesting a refund, please allow sufficient time for the product to take effect. We recommend using BurnJaro for at least 3 months to fully assess its benefits. However, if you are not satisfied within the first 60 days of receipt, you are eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Verify that you are still within the 60-day window from the delivery date. You can confirm the delivery date using the tracking number provided by our carrier.
Step 2: Email our customer support team at burnjaro@gosupport.pro with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Please share your concerns about the product in the email to help us understand how we can improve.
Step 3: Return all used or unused bottles of BurnJaro to the following address:

Include a note with your full name, email address, and order ID to ensure your refund is processed promptly. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
